We can't relate to the Mewtwos and the Rayquazas of the world, the pokemon who occupy the vaunted "overused" tier, but we can relate to humble dunsparce. With its goofy charm, bizzare TM list, and manageable para-flinch game, Dunsparce may not be excellent, but that's what makes it perfect.
